Classic Culinary Techniques | Soup Creation (Class)

Learn classic culinary techniques from Johnson & Wales University Chef Instructor Carrie Hegnauer.

Isn't it time to put your recipe books away and really learn to cook? During this delightfully interactive 4 hour session you'll learn to create a variety of soup styles that will ultimately allow you to make soups from an unlimited number of ingredients and discover your own specialties!

Chef Carrie's classes are not cooking "demonstrations". Workshop participants experience hands-on production and informative lecture in a professional kitchen setting led by highly credentialed Chef instructor Carrie Hegnauer.

Her vibrant personality and well honed teaching credentials assure you will have a great time as you learn expert culinary techniques, proper knife skills and prepare incredible dishes under Chef Carrie's watchful eye.
