Chefmixer does not have control of the Content or actions of Clients, Chefs, or Venues. Chefmixer does not assume responsibility and expressly disclaims any liability for the Content or actions of Clients, Venues, or Chefs both on the Chefmixer Service and outside of the Service.
Chefmixer provides the venue and tools for Chefs and Venues to post events and classes they are going to be hosting for a fixed price. It also provides the tools for Clients to find these events/classes, register, and pay to attend classes/events. Chefmixer is not directly involved in the transaction between Chefs and Clients. As a result, Chefmixer has no control over the quality, safety, morality or legality of any aspect of the event/classes listed, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to complete event/class or the ability of buyers to pay for class/event. Chefmixer does not pre-screen Chefs, Venues, or the content or information provided by users. Chefmixer cannot ensure that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction.
Chefmixer may, without liability, and without prior notice, use its discretion to terminate user access to Services, delete accounts and all related Content, and block further access to Services including user Content previously uploaded. Reasons for termination include but are not limited to violations of this Terms Agreement.
